- What inspired you to enter the vacation rental industry?
The community of open-minded people to adopt cutting-edge technology solutions to streamline business operations, and a growth oriented mindset.
- What sets your company apart in the vacation rental industry, and how do you ensure you stay ahead of the competition?
We are the only operator in risk management fully focused on improving Trust between guests and hosts. In a world where positive feedback drives business growth, we believe this is key.
- If you attended the 2024 Vacation Rental World Summit in Porto, what was the most exciting or valuable takeaway for you? And looking ahead to the 2025 edition in Rome, what are you hoping to gain or experience this time?
After years of talk of AI, it was exciting to see PMS officially release operational AI tools within their software. Looking ahead, I know I’ll be taking in new information regarding tools available to Hosts and Property Managers. I can’t wait!
- Beyond business, what’s one experience or destination that left a lasting impression on you, and why?
Living abroad in a place rarely travelled to has left me with a deep understanding of multicultural connections and the need to put open-mindedness, curiosity and sheer pig-headedness as the main drivers of success.
- What’s one fun fact, hidden talent, or little-known secret about you that other attendees should know to spark a great conversation with you?
If someone brings a Didgeridoo to the event, I promise to get a gig going!
