VRWS Leadership Interview of the Day
In approaching the 11th edition of the Vacation Rental World Summit, we’re releasing a series of interviews to leaders, key players and highly motivated people in our industry whose companies make a deep impact in our space and will be present at VRWS.
The aim is to get you some insight into these leaders and the company they founded, manage or work for, as well as getting some behind the scenes on their thinking, their motivation and their drive.
AGNIESZKA SUDEK
- What do you do for a living and which part of your job do you enjoy the most?
I’m the EMEA sales team lead at Breezeway, where we specialise in property operations and guest experience for the vacation rental industry. It’s incredibly rewarding to see how our services positively impact our client’s operations and contribute to their success in the competitive vacation rental market. Additionally, I find great satisfaction in leading and mentoring our sales team, helping them grow professionally and achieve their career aspirations.
- How does your company innovate or adapt to the evolving needs of the vacation rental space?
Breezeway is deeply committed to innovation and adaptability to meet the ever-evolving needs of the vacation rental industry—our approach centres around three key pillars: technological advancement, client feedback, and industry partnership.
- How do you view the various predictions about AI’s impact on society, ranging from dystopian scenarios to transformative advancements, and how does your company approach or integrate AI technology?
At Breezeway, we recognize the importance of the human touch in hospitality and believe the key to capitalizing on AI will be properly leveraging how AI can improve the efficiency of your business without sacrificing the level of service you provide your guests. Today, this is primarily accomplished by capturing basic property data and pairing it with reservation information to improve guest communication, but there’s an opportunity for greater personalization in the future.
- What would you like to achieve by attending the Vacation Rental World Summit 2024 in Porto with your company?
We are thrilled to be attending the 2024 Vacation Rental World Summit, and we are looking forward to strengthening existing relationships with clients and industry leaders, expanding our network and meeting new operators while building on our industry knowledge.
- What are your passions, including any hobbies or sports, that you enjoy discussing and sharing with others outside the professional setting?
In the summer, I love practising water sports like paddle surfing and spending time on the beach; in the winter, I enjoy the mountains and skiing. Staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is essential to me, so I enjoy participating in fitness activities such as yoga and spinning.
