LIVE PAGE FOR Q&A

Federico & Cristiano have been appointed global moderators, so they will be able to preview, accept and send questions to the live screen. They will be able to do that also from their mobile phone app, so possibly no need to be in front of the laptop.

I set up a Test Q&A session that is already live and will be live just for the 3 of us until 02.11. so we can test how it works.

To access the Q&A:

APP BACK OFFICE – Add New Member

Please Note: We have 594 people inside the app and a cap at 600. There are 570 attendees so Everyone should already be inside the app (it’s possible that they haven’t logged in yet)! Before adding a new member, please look for the person in the search bar inside the attendees list page (watch video below). Try with their first name, then with last mail and then with email. If nothing shows then add them as new member. Below the details to do so:

If member doesn’t receive login code to access the app after they downloaded it do the following:
  • Access the app backend from your computer (use login credentials above here if needed).
  • On the left menu go to Attendees —>Attendee List and type the attendee name in the search bar.
  • Hover over their name and click it to open their contact details. You will see their numerical code and you can tell them the code. They should have received it via email anyway, so if they say they didn’t ask them to check their spam folder.
  • If you don’t see the code, it’s’ because they already logged in fine previously or the code may have expired. In that case you should see an option to generate a new code if you hover over the menu on the right. If you see no such option then invite the person to view the app from the https://bit.ly/VRWSWEBAPPACCESS link above. If that also doesn’t work, let me know and we need to call the App tech Support at +34 900 948 795
