What is VRWS?

Vacation Rental World Summit is the most important online educational event in the Vacation Rental industry, gathering top performing industry experts and acknowledged professionals to share their combined knowledge with fellow peers worldwide.

Born in 2014 to answer the growing demand from our industry base for effective education on how to get more bookings, streamline workflows and maximize rental income, VRWS has grown way beyond its most daring expectations. And the reason is simple: successful owners and managers know how dynamic the VR industry is and want to stay on top of their business to ensure their rentals keep thriving year after year.

15,000+ attendees, professional managers and property owners from 49 countries attended the first two editions of the Vacation Rental World Summit.

VRWS 2016 “ELITE EDITION”

As a natural evolution of its online success, 2016 marks the first ever Vacation Rental World Summit in person event.

Held in Barcelona on October 29th-30th, 2016, and open to a restricted number of progressive industry professionals, VRWS will be also presented online to the rest of the world in November, following its online tradition.

This way, we serve our mission to provide top notch in person education, networking and business opportunities among participants while reaching thousands of professional managers and property owners across the globe as well.

What Is The Target Audience?

Industry professionals from throughout Europe and beyond are invited to register to participate in the educational event building industry collaboration. The event is expected to draw an attendance of up to 100 holiday rental professionals for two days of industry-specific education and networking. Following the event, an online launch of all recordings will expand your reach to several extra attendees worldwide, giving your brand a consistent long tail effect.

Professional Property Managers with portfolios ranging from half dozen to several hundred properties worldwide, as well as Property Owners with a small inventory (1-5 properties) are the target audience of the Vacation Rental World Summit.

How Many People Will Attend?

As a first in person event, we’re going to accept between 50 and 100 attendees only. We will then launch the Summit’s recordings online in November to thousands of industry professionals worldwide giving sponsors unique, extra, long lasting exposure and further chances to gain wider reach.

This is to ensure everyone gets the same high level of top notch training, feels being part of a very productive community of forward thinkers, and perceives unparalleled value from an intense weekend of learning, networking and growing, both in person and online.
