Standing Cocktail Option for 400 people
The traditional Pre-VRWS cocktail is a great ice-breaking opportunity for all and it will take place in a beautiful room on the ground floor of the Alfândega do Porto, VRWS main venue and Porto’s old Customs House.
The room is right by the river and can accommodate 400 people, with the possibility also to open the doors and be outside as well in case of good weather.
We foresee a stage, a 3×2 meters screen with the Sponsor Company(ies) logo(s) and microphones for a brief welcome speech by the Sponsor(s)
It can be sponsored by one single company or by up to four companies sharing the costs.

Cocktail Option for up 400 people
At the end of VRWS day 1 (Oct. 3rd) what’s better than gathering all or most attendees in an adjacent room to the main venue and the Sponsors booths for kicking off the post event evening?
Networking and business can continue throughout the place, while in a more relaxed environment; no need to look for external places and get everyone to be elsewhere on time.
We believe that keeping things under the same roof is a great opportunity for everyone, Sponsor companies who can continue the talks with their clients during the drinks reception; and VRWSers who don’t have to go elsewhere to relax and unwind with a cocktail and some finger food.
The Infante Room where the Post VRWS will be held is on the same floor as that of the Summit, so it’s very easy to reach for everyone.
As for the Pre-VRWS premiere evening, It can be sponsored by one single company or by up to four companies sharing the costs.
