I can’t attend all the sessions. Will I get a recording?
Yes. For each session we’ll provide a recording you can watch online via your computer or mobile device so you won’t miss a thing. If you have other commitments (like a day job) or if a session occurs at an inconvenient time, no need to worry. Even if you attend a session while it airs online, you’ll still get the recording. You’ll get unlimited lifetime access to all recordings and extra bonus content we’ll be unleashing exclusively for attendees from the date each session will air. When are the session dates?

Where is the event located?
At your home or office. Because this is an online event, there is no physical venue and no travel expenses. And you’ll get all the recordings + all the bonuses, so if you miss a session, no worries.
Is the event live?
Every training session will be pre-recorded shortly before the event to allow content to be highly effective, engaging and invaluable. Every speaker will air solo at a predetermined time according to the event schedule. We value your time and want every session to run smoothly and without interruptions or technical issues (which as you probably know, may occur anytime) so you make the most of your training time.
That said, you’ll be able to ask each speaker your #1 question and interact with the community both below each training session and in the community forum, during the three days of the event and well after that. And you’ll be granted the same benefits after the event is over, provided that you join our attendee website by purchasing the ticket to participate in VRWS2015.
Each speaker will be following the event and will be reachable both during the weekend of 6-8 November and well after that and he/she will get back to you. If for some reason a speaker may not be available to answer your questions, the host of the event will take care of the question for you and will make sure you get an answer in due time.
Will there be audio files included?
Yes. We’ll provide FREE audio files of each presentation to listen on the go.
How long are the sessions?
Session vary from around 35 to 60 minutes.
How do I watch each session?
You simply log in to our secure attendee website and follow the instructions we provide. You’ll be able to view all sessions on a computer, a tablet and a mobile device. We want you to make the most of it, so you can watch it everywhere you are.
How do I watch the playbacks of sessions?
You simply log in to our secure attendee website. There you will find streaming videos you can playback from a desktop or mobile device. Downloadable audio files are also provided.
How can I ask questions during the summit?
Two ways. First, during each presentation, you’ll be able to submit questions in the comment box below each session. Second, we’ve set up an interactive Forum in the menu where you can post questions and get answers from your peers and the presenters (and this can happen the moment you sign up!).
PLEASE NOTE: You need specific login credentials to access the forum and participate. You can create them once you click on the Forum tab in the attendee website and will be redirected to the forum. Once inside the forum click the specific area on the top right hand side of the screen.
Can I purchase just a single session, or just the recordings?
You can attend any or all of the sessions (or catch the recordings if you miss any). However, a summit ticket is like a Disneyland ticket—you get access to everything. If you want access to any of this great content, you must purchase your ticket before the completion of the summit. After the summit has ended, this exclusive content will no longer be available for sale and the recordings will only be available to summit attendees.
