Vince Perez expertise spans across multiple disciplines in the hospitality and technology fields. Prior to his successful technology ventures, Vince was a respected executive in the hospitality industry serving in leadership roles in operations, sales and marketing for premier companies, including Japan Airlines, Nikko Hotels and Hyatt Corporation. Vince is a partner in Beach House Rentals, a successful vacation rental company on the California Coast.
His most recent venture is Fetch My Guest (www.fetchmyguest.com), an Intelligent Marketing Automation Platform that increases direct bookings while dramatically reducing marketing costs. Fetch My Guest was born out of the need for taking back control of his property management inventory and guests experience while achieving independence from the listing sites and pms vendors.
