For the past years, we’ve been taking networking to the next level with the launch of VRWS Speed-Dating — a powerful way to make sure you meet exactly the right people during the event.

Through the VRWS App, all attendees will be able to schedule meetings in advance during two dedicated 60-minute Speed-Dating sessions (one per day), held immediately before the 2-hour lunch break.

Because these sessions flow directly into lunch, conversations can naturally extend for up to 3 hours per day, giving you time to turn quick meetings into real business discussions.

During Speed-Dating, you can book one-to-one or small-group meetings with Exhibitors, Sponsors, VRWS Partners and other attendees.

All meetings are arranged directly inside the app, allowing you to select exactly who you want to meet, when, and for how long. The App will be released about 2 weeks prior to the event and will remain available for two weeks after the event.

This format removes randomness from networking. Instead of hoping to run into the right people, you arrive with a pre-built meeting agenda, ensuring that every minute of your time is focused on meaningful, high-value conversations.
